Every solar vent now comes equipped with a rechargeable battery that allows the vent to run during the day and the night. This allows you to achieve maximum ventilation wherever the vent is installed. Each vent also comes with an on/off switch to select when you want it running.

 The Solatron SVT 224S circulates 11.3 cubic feet of air per minute under full sun. Each unit includes two interchanable fans: one intake and one exhaust. This allows you to achieve maximum air circulation in nearly any closed space.
Easily Installation
Each vent is easily installed onto almost any surface including boat decks, walls, greenhouse roofs, and any kind of glass. A low profile design pertruding just 1.4" makes for seamless integration into any surface. Best of all there is no wiring or batteries required: it's all powered by the sun!
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Each vent is constructed of non-corrosive stainless steel providing both strength and protection from the elements (especially important for use in boats). Every vent is waterproof.
Use Multiple Vents for Maximum Ventilation
For boats larger than 24' in length, it's recommended to use two vents: one with the intake fan and one with the exhaust fan (both fans are included with every vent). For boats 40' and larger, it's recommend you use three vents: one with the intake fan and two using the exhaust fan.
